SECURITY STATEMENT

CMS Direct maintains strict security of its database to protect against mishandling, theft, and access to the data.

CMS Direct believes the credibility of its privacy policy is only as good as the security processes and infrastructure in place to support it. To that end, CMS Direct invests appropriately to ensure our clients’ data is as secure as possible from internal and external security violations.

To ensure the security of the CMS Direct environment is maintained, network personnel monitor security system components and their configurations on an on-going basis. An executive level review of security systems and procedures as well as third party independent security analyses are conducted at least twice a year.

CMS Direct has implemented reasonable security measures in order to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure and alterations. Our employees are made aware of and are accountable for these procedures.

COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION

CMS Direct does not collect any consumer information online for its own purposes. CMS Direct does not support offers known to be illegal or illegitimate. We do not support pyramid scheme offers.

The consumer data contributed by our Prefer Network membership for purposes of operating the Prefer Network cooperative database consists solely of consumer direct response information. This contributed data is collected and maintained solely for the purposes of the Prefer Network members and Prefer Network. Membership in Prefer Network allows access to aggregated information in the database about consumers so that a member may provide offers relevant to an individual’s lifestyle and needs. Consumer demographics, purchase history and other data may be collected and maintained to facilitate this process.
